A trilha foi improvisada sobre in\u00fameros temas pr\u00e9-compostos de acordo com o desenvolvimento do filme; com influ\u00eancias de Villa-Lobos a Philip Glass, inspirados, tamb\u00e9m, pela sonoridade de Bernard Herrmann, compositor marcado pela longa parceria com Hitchcock em seus principais filmes sonoros, tais como <em>Vertigo<\/em> (1958) e <em>Psicose<\/em> (1964).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The Lodger: A Story of the London Fog<\/em><\/strong> (1927; t\u00edtulo brasileiro: <em>O Inquilino<\/em>) foi inspirado no romance <em>Jack the Ripper<\/em> e \u00e9 o primeiro filme de suspense de <strong>Alfred Hitchcock<\/strong>. \u00c9 considerado um dos mais importantes filmes mudos brit\u00e2nicos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anselmo Mancini<\/strong> estudou composi\u00e7\u00e3o na Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo e atualmente faz parte de um interc\u00e2mbio em Londres no \u00e2mbito do curso de pos-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Ele pesquisa sobre o di\u00e1logo entre compositor e diretor. O seu repert\u00f3rio abrange m\u00fasica cl\u00e1ssica, m\u00fasica popular brasileira at\u00e9 m\u00fasica eletr\u00f3nica e rock.
